An Assyrian Bas-relief Panel

This terracotta-finish fibreglass panel after an Assyrian bas-relief c. 865-860 BC, representing King Ashurnasirpal II standing in a royal chariot and hunting lions.

The original relief can be found in Room 8 at the British Museum, part of the wall decorations in the throne room at the palace in Nimrud (located on the Tigris River in modern-day Iraq).
