André Lanskoy (1902–1976) was a prominent Russian-born painter and printmaker who became a leading figure in the School of Paris and the Tachisme movement. After fleeing the Russian Revolution in 1921, he settled in Paris, where he transitioned from figurative art to a vibrant, expressive form of Lyrical Abstraction.
