A Large SIGNE Painting

A large scribble and graffiti painting very subtly incorporating the word SIGNE which only becomes apparent at a distance.

Using a simple palette of red and blue on natural canvas, the writings in the background refer to the theory of semiology and linguistics founded by Ferdinand de Saussure (1857-1913). Oil on canvas. Unsigned.
